为丰富全校教职工的文化生活，提高我校教工健康水平，提升身体素质，预防亚健康，提高幸福指数，掌握早锻炼、早养生、早预防的健康金钥匙，以更健康的姿态投入到工作、学习和生活中。校工会将于3月至6月期间举办教职工“太极拳学习班”。学习心意混元太极24式，太极养生之道，体悟太极阴阳之理。欢迎各位老师踊跃参加。

学习时间： 每周一 中午：12:30 -13:30

学习周期: 3月4日—6月24日

学习地点： 逸夫体育馆小馆

注意事项：请各位老师穿运动鞋、运动服参加活动。

In order to enrich the cultural experience of faculties and staffs in our university, The Labour Union of University will hold a Taijiquan Class for the faculties and staffs, from 4 March to 24 June 2019, in Yifu Gymnasium, Every Monday ,12:30-13:30PM. All teachers are welcome to take part in.
